Wayne C. Lim specializes in the strategic planning, economic, organizational, and metric issues of software reuse. In addition to helping start the corporate reuse program at Hewlett-Packard, he is the author of a Prentice-Hall book, Managing Software Reuse and recipient of an IEEE Best Article Award. Mr. Lim completed his MBA degree at Harvard University and engineering coursework at Stanford University.
